I have known Casper for a short time, but I have seen his dedication to family and friends by his actions and words. I fully endorse Casper for the position he seeks as CO GOP Chair because I know his commitment to guide the tribe in a direction of Freedom and Liberty for all, regardless of any affiliation, race or creed one may have.
